(1) Commercial farming and animal husbandry, agriculture and forestry industry or self-employment business of service type will be the subjects of training.
(2) A preliminary list of government agencies, international and national non-governmental organizations conducting training on the subject mentioned in sub-rule (1) will be prepared.
(3) While choosing the institutions as per sub-rule (2), special preference will be given to those institutions which are conducting free training at the local level as much as possible and those who wish to do so.
(4) Based on reasonableness, the fund may provide training materials and grant-in-kind support to the training agencies as needed.
(5) The training agency selected as per sub-rule (3) shall provide practical short-term training to the unemployed on the subject as per sub-rule (1).
(6) Regardless of what is written elsewhere in this rule, it shall be the duty of the concerned financial institution to provide the relevant person with the orientation training related to the project development necessary for the unemployed borrower.
